Are you a Pilates instructor looking to add on and elevate your education? The HEYCOCO Tower teacher training program is the next step for you. Our program focuses on teaching instructors how to effectively guide clients in Pilates exercises using the tower. This program provides a comprehensive training on the Pilates Tower, including exercises, modifications, and cueing techniques. Over the course of 2 weekends (June 7/8 & July 12/13) you will become fluent and confident in teaching both beginner and intermediate exercises, as well as modifications and cues to modify or advance the client in front of you.
We specialize in training individuals to become confident Pilates instructors, focusing on effective teaching techniques for Pilates Tower work, whether for beginners or continuing education.

COURSE OVERVIEW

The written and practical test out must be completed by August 3.
TOTAL HOURS: 70 HOURS
Workshop - 25 HRS
Observation - 15 HRS
Teacher Training - 30 HRS
All of your hours must be completed from June 7 -August 3.
Workshop hours: The hours we meet together as a group during the above dates and times.
Observation hours - The hours at home utilizing our video platform and taking mat classes (in-person or virtual).
Teacher Training hours - These hours are completed on your own time when practicing with another apprentice in your group or offering your own 45 minute class to family and friends.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Classical Pilates tower exercises: beginner, intermediate, advanced
Learn the anatomy of the Pilates Tower and how to safely operate its various components
Become competent in leading a complete Tower workout, including its exercises and progressions.
To understand safe modifications and advancements for clients in lying, seated, kneeling, and standing positions.
Professional tools and guidance for post-course job acquisition, vocal tools & health, Pilates instructor etiquette
Confidently teach Pilates Tower in both private and group settings.
