Are you looking to become a certified Pilates instructor? Our program provides a strong foundation in Pilates mat work, covering both classical beginner and intermediate exercises in one comprehensive certification. Over the course of 3 days (1 full weekend) and 50 hours, you will become fluent in teaching both beginner and intermediate exercises, as well as modifications and cues tailored to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and common injuries.

COURSE OVERVIEW

 

Friday May 16, 5PM- 8PM

Saturday May 17, 11:30 AM - 6:30 PM 

Sunday May 18, 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM 

​​The written and practical test out needs to be completed by June 21.

TOTAL HOURS: 45 HOURS
Workshop - 15 HRS
Observation - 10 HRS
Teacher Training - 20 HRS

All of your hours must be completed from May 16-June 21.

 

Workshop hours: The hours we meet together as a group during the above dates and times.  

Observation hours - The hours at home utilizing our video platform and taking mat classes (in-person or virtual).

Teacher Training hours - These hours are completed on your own time when practicing with another apprentice in your group or offering your own 45 minute class to family and friends.

  • History of Joseph H. Pilates and the development of Contrology

  • Observation to in studio mat classes live 

  • Professional tools and guidance for post-course job acquisition, vocal tools & health, Pilates instructor etiquette
