At the age of 20, Courtney made the move from Alabama to New York City. The way the movies show: 1-way ticket, 2 oversized suitcases and no place to live. She had her dreams set on being a big fashion girl in the big city. Her career started at Christian Siriano and later led social media and digital management for trade media within the professional space.
Pilates made its debut as a hopeful fix for sciatica from monthly work travel. Pilates became a hobby before work, after work and on the weekends. Now teaching Pilates full-time in Long Island and the Hamptons, Courtney offers virtual private sessions.
Hey Coco was born from a dream as a 20 year old and the reality of a 30-something year old.
